1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services offered by Techsetup ("we", "us", "our") through techsetupcoach.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Description of Service

Techsetup provides access to a digital streaming subscription service that delivers live channels, on-demand movies, and series content through third-party streaming applications over an internet connection.

Our service is designed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your credentials with individuals outside your household without purchasing a multi-connection plan.

We offer subscription plans of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and 24 months. The number of simultaneous connections depends on the plan you select at checkout.

3 Account & Credentials

Upon successful payment, you will receive login credentials (username and password) delivered to your email address and/or WhatsApp number within 2 minutes. You are responsible for:

Keeping your credentials confidential and secure
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

Sharing credentials outside your household, or reselling access to your subscription, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

4 Payment & Billing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (PayPal, Stripe, or credit/debit card processors).

All subscriptions are one-time payments — there are no automatic renewals
Your subscription becomes active within 2 minutes of confirmed payment
Prices are subject to change without notice, but existing active subscriptions are unaffected
We do not store your payment card details — all card data is handled by our payment processor

⚠️ If your payment fails or is disputed, your account may be suspended pending resolution. Contact us at support@techsetupcoach.online to resolve any payment issues.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Use the service for commercial redistribution or resale without prior written permission
Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the service
Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or mirror content from our platform
Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through our service
Use the service in any way that could damage, overburden, or impair our servers
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

6 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and anti-freeze streaming quality. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

Scheduled maintenance (we will notify users in advance when possible)
Force majeure events beyond our control
Third-party infrastructure issues
Internet connectivity issues on the client's end

In the event of extended service outages caused by issues on our end, we will work to provide service extensions or compensation at our discretion.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the Techsetup website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Techsetup and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without express written permission.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techsetup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription.

9 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Fraudulent or abusive behavior
Sharing or reselling credentials without authorization
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith

Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued. If you wish to cancel your subscription, it will simply expire at the end of its term — there is no need to take any action.

10 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
