1 General Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instantly-delivered nature of our streaming subscription service, all sales are generally considered final once credentials have been activated and delivered. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and are committed to resolving genuine issues fairly.

We strongly encourage all customers to contact our support team before requesting a refund, as most technical issues can be resolved quickly via WhatsApp or email.

2 Refund Eligibility

3 Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

To be considered for a refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of purchase
  • Provide your order details (name, email, and plan purchased)
  • Describe the issue in detail and confirm that support could not resolve it

4 How to Request a Refund

Refund processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5 Chargebacks

We ask that customers contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us is considered a violation of these Terms.

⚠️ Accounts associated with chargebacks will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

We keep detailed records of all subscriptions, activations, and support interactions, which will be provided to payment processors in the event of a dispute.

6 Service Extensions

In cases where a full refund is not warranted but the service experienced issues that affected your usage, we may offer a subscription extension as an alternative. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion.
